Nope.  You are welcome to apply for any job anytime without creating a resume.  However if you do create your resume on ERP.com.au then it makes life very easy because you can simply attach that to your job applications.

Yes you can. You can log in and see what jobs you applied for and when. You can also create your own notes about your job applications in your secure account.

Can I set up a monthly payment arrangement for my membership?

Yes definitely.  You can pay monthly by direct debit, by credit card, or by invoice.  Simply call an Account Rep on 1300 855 840 to make arrangements.

How long does it take to get my account set up?

If you create an account and pay online by credit card you can be using the site within 10 minutes.  Direct Debit or Invoice accounts are generally enabled within 1-2 hours.

Yes. the details of all people who apply for your jobs are emailed to you, plus they are stored online in your secure ERP.com.au account.  No more losing track of valuable resumes.

Can I store notes about my Job Applicants online?

Yes you can. You can search for applicants, view applicants by job, create notes against applicants, update your Applicant Status field, send auto acknowledgement emails to applicants and much more.

Can I qualify my job applicants as they apply?

Yes you can.  With every membership plan on ERP.com.au you can create yes/no screening questions on each of your job ads.  These screening questions must be answered by the applicant when they apply.  For example, "Do you have 2 years experience with SAP?".

Does the applicant's score get displayed on their application?

Yes.  Your screening questions and the applicant's answers are emailed to you and stored online in your account.  Applications for your jobs are scored (eg 5/5) and sorted in order of best scores first.

Yes there is a searchable Advertiser directory.  Advertisers who purchase any membership can list their business in this directory.  ERP.com.au users can more about your business, visit your company web site, view and apply for your jobs and more.
